Midweek power lunches, mobility yoga, cottage cheese pancakes (+ recipes)
Kicked off my Sunday with this 45 min full body stretch yoga sequence on YouTube: very yin, very relaxing, very calming. It’s actually only 33 minutes of stretching with 13 minutes of breathwork/meditation (which I skipped LOL). YouTube Yogas can be so hit or miss, but I really liked this one.
