Good afternoon and happy soft shell crab season to all who celebrate.

I’m back with one of my favorite ways to mark things I do offline. I understand the irony of publishing this list on on Substack—but alas, it’s a way to reach nearly 23,000 of you, and hopefully it’ll inspire you to put your phone down after reading this and go outside (for my fellow New Yorkers, it’s going to be gawwwgeous all week!)

I’m still on a light publishing schedule for this newsletter as I finish my book. I really appreciate a paid subscription as it helps keep the lights on (and the coffee flowing) round here as I write this book!

If you’ve stayed a paid subscriber, I so appreciate you! THANK YOU!!!

Please help support this ad-free publication as I write my book! Thank you!

  1. Spoke in Fairfield, Connecticut in partnership with Fairfield Collaborative For Youth Mental Health Services and the Fairfield Police Department about my experience as an influencer and how to keep kids safe online. It was wonderful! I’m open for speaking gigs, reach out here or email adam@twowestentertainment.com for more information. Here’s a pic of lilacs at sunset on my way back to the city! My mom sent me back with a bouquet from her garden!

  1. Got a call from my friend

    Isolde Walters
who lives in London and had a surprise 55-minute Facetime catchup. Let this inspire you to FaceTime a friend and have a proper catchup!

  2. Went on a group run in Brooklyn with a run club and ran the longest i’ve run in years! Yaay! 🏃‍♀️ I’m not gonna say which running club because privacy in this day in age is sweeter than mango juice but go ahead, google your local run club and go for a jog! it’s great!

  3. Perfected this Coconut Curry Chickpea recipe from the NY Times. It’s so easy— the ingredients are mostly canned and it tastes better as it sits. Great for meal prepping on a Sunday.
