Life is full right now. This is my last weekend in town until the end of July—I’ll be on the Cape, then in Europe. After that, I’m moving and then it’s full on book release time. But you know what grounds me most when everything speeds up? Good, nourishing, home-cooked food.
So today, instead of a long essay, I’m sharing the best things I cooked and ate this week, including three under-25-minute recipes: easy lentil tacos, creamy avgolemono soup, and silky gnocchi alla vodka that tastes like a trip to Little Italy (without the commute). Plus bonus photos and a little roundup of my favorites ingredients, dips and tricks (like adding jam to beverages).
Because listen: life gets busy, but we still gotta eat—and eat well.
